藍鑽蟹:3隻鹽:1斤冷開水:12杯高梁:200ccIngredient:3 blue swimming crabs, 1kg salt, 12 glasses of ice water, 200cc kaoliang liquor

料理方式:
1、將藍鑽蟹刷洗乾淨之後,以高粱酒和鹽、水,醃泡冷藏3天入味即可。
Clean the crabs and marinate with kaoliang liquor, salt and water for three days.
2、食用時可沾米醋食用。如無高粱不放也可。
When enjoy the marinated crab, can use rice vinegar as a dip sauce.
